GDH is construction manager and Hagerman Construction is self-performing the concrete, masonry and general trades installation for the $30 million Hoosier Park Racino expansion. The fast-track project will reach completion in Spring 2008 through the utilization of daily, 10-hour shifts from start to finish, and several weeks of two, 10-hour shifts per day. The facility will contain a large gaming area for slot machines with a feature bar in the center and a “high limits” area with plush finishes in one corner. A linking wing will connect the new gaming building to the existing grandstand building, which is being remodeled to better blend with the expansion.
