The fast-track expansion was completed in eight short months, right on time for the early June grand opening. Two Hagerman companies were involved with Hoosier Park. GDH guided the project as the construction manager, and Hagerman Construction self-performed the concrete, masonry and general trades.

The $100 million expansion features a new gaming area with 2,000 slot machines, nine bars and restaurants, a connector linking the new gaming area to the remodeled grandstand and clubhouse building and a 3,500-spot parking lot.
