In a joint venture with McCarthy, GDH is the construction manager for a new $70 million South Bed Tower that will house 108 private care rooms, primarily for cardiac care patients. The new four-story structure will bring together all inpatient and outpatient cardiac and pulmonary-related services the hospital now offers. Projected completion is December 2008.
Other Ball Memorial projects constructed by Hagerman are the Emergency Services Area, the Cancer Center and a maintenance and laundry building. Our relationship with Ball Memorial dates back to the early 1990’s.
